  An athlete waiver must be completed for ALL competitors who are entering the event.
  Waivers must be presented during registration.

• Pay your entry fees

  Individuals

  All NZCAF / FISAF categories	$35.00, per person, per event
  Aerobics Performance category	$20.00, per person, per event
  Second and subsequent entry*	$15.00, per person, per event
  Late Fee **	$10.00, per person, per event

  Team categories

  2-6 competitors	$35.00 each / max $180
  7-12 competitors	$35.00 each / max $320
  Late Fee **	$10.00, per person, per event

  *Applies when competitor is entering into an NZCAF or FISAF individual category, but has already entered in a team.
  ** Applies to any entry received after Friday 1st August 2014

  NOTE: Excluding the Aerobics Performance Category – Entry fees include the NZCAF membership fee for competitors.
