    ($20 if the dancer is already competing in another crew)

  2018 Event Waiver
  A waiver must be completed for every member of your crew who is competing at the event.

  These must be emailed as a PDF to effectdance@gmail.com before 20th May.
  

• Verify your age

  Every dancer must verify their age in order to compete.

  To do this, please scan your passport, drivers license, or birth certificate* and upload to the event drop box.
