Entry fees
Sport Aerobics Individuals
Entry fees are due 20th of July

| Second and subsequent entry * | $10.00, per person, per event |
Sport Aerobics & Fitness Team categories
| All categories | $35.00, per person, per event |
Hip Hop Crews
| Small crew | $35.00, per person |
| Mega crew | $20.00, per person |
| Second and subsequent entry * | $10.00, per person, per event |
* Applies when competitor is entering into another category (Aerobics or Hip Hop)
NOTE: All entry fees include the NZCAF membership fee for competitors.
Late fee
Applies to all entries received after 20th of July.

Event entry refund and withdrawal policy
Withdrawals prior to the 20th of July are entitled to a full refund.
Withdrawals after this date are subject to a $20 per aerobics competitor, and $10 per hip hop dancer processing fee.
Withdrawals after 27 July will not be refunded.
